How Is This Different?
Job fairs should be a fast track to hiring, not a detour to a web application. Face to Face Job Fairs bring back real conversations and real hiring opportunities—with a smart, common-sense approach. Employers submit their application links at registration, allowing job seekers to apply before the event, so interviews and hiring decisions can happen on the spot. Walk-in job seekers? No problem. Laptops and assistance will be available so applications can be submitted after an employer and job seeker decide they’re a great fit. Let’s get back to basics—talk, connect, and hire. Because hiring should be personal, efficient, and effective!
Our very first Face to Face event will be held on March 18, 2025 from 10 AM-2 PM at the Knicely Conference Center in Bowling Green, KY.
Additional regional hiring events will be listed here soon!
